Dear Parents and Students:

Palmdale School District would like to welcome all of our new and returning students to the Independent Study Program.    

Registration for the 2008-2009 school year will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2008, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the Oak Tree Campus located at the above address.  Appointments are not necessary.  Both parent and student must be present for registration.  If you are unable to participate in the above registration day, you must call to make special arrangements.

Please bring the following to register:

Proof of address (utility bill dated within last month)

Immunizations (immunization card or school copy)

Proof of grade (if new to Palmdale School District)

Registration will consist of a parent filling out the enrollment card; student and parent signing the agreement form; scheduling student appointments; checking out textbooks; receiving program information and the student’s first work packet.
