• Step 1

    Site leaders meet with staff, discuss digital instructional resources, determine if they are appropriate for students and supplemental to core curriculum. Alignment to district technologies is mandatory.

  • Step 2

    Site Admin applies for review by the Digital Instructional Resources Review Committee. The committee meets every 2 months.

  • Step 3

    Digital Instructional Resources will be approved or rejected. Site Admin will be contacted by a committee member. If approved, proceed to final steps.

  • Step 4

    Long contract progresses through approvals. NDPA is signed by PSD and vendor. Board approves. Dr. Ufondu signs. Purchase Order is issued. (Skip this step if Resource is free)

  • Step 5

    Initiate a Technology Help Request in Incident IQ to start a work flow. (Skip this step if Resource does not require rostering of students or additional Tech support)
