Free Professional Counseling
USC Telehealth currently offers FREE (no obligation) professional counseling worth $2,000 to individuals, couples, and families.
Participants receive 12 weeks of free 50-minute professional, secure, and HIPAA-compliant professional counseling sessions.
Telehealth provides online therapy in English and Spanish, where you and your therapist connect from separate locations via a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
If you live in California, Telehealth can offer you greater convenience, privacy, and confidentiality at no cost to you.
Telehealth provides individual therapy to California residents ages 12 and above. We can help you overcome personal challenges, including problems with:
Anxiety, Depression, financial stress, family conflict, grief and loss, abuse, or other trauma.
