Hello Buena Vista Students, Families, and Staff,

My name is Jill Clifton, and I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal at Buena Vista School. I am excited to be part of the Buena Vista Panda family and to work alongside our dedicated staff, students, and families as we create a school community where every child can learn, grow, and thrive.

My passion for education is rooted in the belief that every student deserves to feel valued, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential. As an educator and leader, I believe that strong relationships, high expectations, and meaningful collaboration with families create the foundation for student success.

Before becoming an administrator, I had the privilege of serving as a special education teacher and teacher leader, experiences that deepened my commitment to meeting the unique needs of every learner while fostering an inclusive and welcoming school environment. I was honored to be recognized as Teacher of the Year, an achievement that reflects my dedication to students, collaboration with colleagues, and passion for education.

At Buena Vista, we are committed to providing a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to elevate, excel, and reach new heights in learning. I believe in supporting the whole child and partnering with families to ensure every student is empowered to achieve success both academically and personally.
