Dear Chaparral Families,

 

It is an honor to continue serving as the Principal of Chaparral Prep Academy. Over the past 19 years, I’ve proudly dedicated my career to education within the Palmdale School District—as a teacher, Administrative Intern, Assistant Principal, and now Principal. My passion for education began early on, inspired by my mother’s work in Los Angeles schools. As a child, I often helped in her classroom and volunteered at school events, experiences that deeply shaped my belief in the power of academic excellence and strong school communities.

 

Chaparral Prep Academy is a special place, built on a foundation of dedicated teachers, supportive families, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are committed to fostering academic success while building meaningful relationships with our students and their families. Working together, we support the educational, personal, and social growth of every child.

 

We strongly encourage our families to stay involved—whether through volunteering, participating in school events, joining the PTA, or supporting our after-school programs and fundraisers. Your involvement not only strengthens our school community but also sends a powerful message to your children about the value of education.

 

Our school continues to evolve and grow. With modernized classrooms and a strong focus on Project-Based Learning, we offer collaborative, engaging, and rigorous instruction that prepares students for future success, including opportunities in the District’s Magnet Programs.
