Assistant Principal

I am an Assistant Principal - Extended Assignment at Cactus Magnet Academy.

 

I hold a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California (USC) where I won the Outstanding Student Award for two consecutive years. Additionally, I earned an advanced degree in Industrial Design as well as in Special Education.

 

My educational philosophy is rooted in a commitment to student-centered learning, where every instructional decision is guided by the unique needs and potential of each student. As a proponent of the power of collaborative leadership, I believe in working hand-in-hand with teachers, parents, and the community to foster an environment of growth.

 

Central to my mission is ensuring equitable access to high-quality education for all students, eliminating barriers and providing the necessary support to prepare them for success in high school and their future endeavors.
