Summer Food Service Program
Summer meals for kids and teens are available all summer long at sites across our community! Stopping by a summer meal site with your family not only saves you time and money spent grocery shopping and meal prepping; it also helps support our community.
All children ages 18 and under may receive one lunch at no cost from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the following locations:
- Ocotillo Elementary - 38737 Ocotillo School Dr, Palmdale, CA 93551
- Barrel Springs Elementary - 3636 Ponderosa Way, Palmdale, CA 93550
- Golden Poppy Elementary - 37802 Rockie Ln, Palmdale, CA 93552
- Palmdale City Library - 700 E Palmdale Blvd, Palmdale, CA 93550
The summer meals program is a federal program. Meals must be consumed on-site, and children can take one fruit, vegetable, or grain item to eat later off-site. Meals provided are always healthy, tasty and follow USDA’s nutrition guidelines.
